From 1 September 2025, we will no longer offer new policies for car, home, contents and landlord insurance. Policy renewals and NSW CTP Green Slip insurance will remain available until further notice.
Over-the-counter general insurance information requests will no longer be available at Australia Post.

Australia Post travel insurance will continue to be sold online as usual.
